Robot Mower Repair Call-Out – On-Site Visit

Book an on-site visit if your robotic lawn mower has developed a fault and you would like us to come to you.

We can diagnose and resolve many common robotic mower problems at your property, including boundary wire faults, charging problems, installation issues and mower faults.

£99 call-out includes

• Travel to your property within our normal service area

• The first 30 minutes of diagnostic or repair time on site

• Fault finding and system checks

• Boundary wire and charging station checks where required

• Advice on the most appropriate repair if the fault cannot be resolved during the visit

Additional time

If more than 30 minutes is required, additional labour is charged in 30-minute increments.

We’ll let you know if additional time or parts are likely to be required before continuing.

Replacement parts

Any replacement parts required are charged separately unless covered by an applicable manufacturer warranty.

Where possible, we’ll complete the repair during the visit. If the mower requires more extensive workshop work, we’ll explain the available options.

Our normal call-out area includes GL, BS, NP, HR, BA and SN postcode areas.
