Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for carriage costs and insurance against damage or loss. You are advised to use a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You must notify us first by email at support@mincost.co.uk with your request to return items. Please itemize each product and specify reason for return. A returns document will be emailed to you and this should accompany the returned items to allow us to identify them.
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Items without original packaging and tags, and items returned in a condition other than new.
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that contain water or other fluids
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. An order reference and date will suffice.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and, if applicable, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We refund immediately the item is received and inspected but there is often some processing time before a refund is posted by the banking system. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
