Husqvarna Automower Diagnostic & Repair

If your Husqvarna Automower has developed a fault, stopped charging, is showing an error or simply isn’t working as it should, book it into our Cinderford workshop for a professional diagnostic inspection.

We’ll inspect the mower, run diagnostic tests using Husqvarna service tools and identify the likely cause of the problem.

What’s included

• Check of electronics, sensors and drive system

• Charging system and battery checks

• Error code and fault history review

• Firmware and software status check

• General inspection for visible wear or damage

What happens after diagnosis

If the fault can be resolved quickly within the diagnostic time, we’ll carry out the minor repair where possible.

If additional parts or repair work are required, we’ll contact you first with our findings and likely cost.

No additional repair work will be carried out without your approval.

Additional repair work

Any labour required beyond the diagnostic inspection is charged separately.

Replacement parts are also charged separately unless covered by an applicable manufacturer warranty.
