Delivery Information

Orders placed through this website will be despatched next working day, or the subsequent Monday for weekend orders, subject to stock availability.  All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

 Free Delivery when you spend more than £150 

 (only applies to mainland uk and excludes long items over 1m)
Standard Shipping 2-4 days £5.95

Next day delivery is available Via DPD on any item ordered before 3pm

(excluding weekends)


 Please note some very long items over 1m may have an additional £9.95 charge


 Standard Delivery - This is a 2 working day tracked service, however some deliveries may be made next working day.  Delivery schedules are estimates only and will depend on carrier used.  Our standard delivery charge covers the majority of the country but for some post codes, listed below, there may be a surcharge. 

Click & Collect - Free at our Lydney store in Gloucestershire.  Please telephone 01594 840493 to arrange a collection time.

You will receive an email letting you know your order has been dispatched and the tracking number will enable you to see the status of your delivery.  The delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days but if the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.  For Royal Mail deliveries, undelivered parcels will be returned to the local delivery office where they will be kept for 18 days awaiting collection or your instructions for re-delivery at a convenient time.

Whilst we aim to dispatch in stock items for next working day, we cannot guarantee against factors beyond our control such as road accidents, bad weather conditions and supplier stock issues.  If you ask for goods to be left on your property (e.g. in the porch or shed) while you are out, then, although thefts are rare, this is at your own risk.

For larger orders we may use a large freight service and you must be on site to receive the pallet.  We will contact you to arrange your pallet delivery and discuss delivery details.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit or if your goods are missing parts or found to be faulty then please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance on 01594 840493 or email Please Note: You must report damaged goods within 14 days of delivery. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
