What’s included

Your call-out charge covers:

• Travel to your address
• The first 30 minutes of diagnostic or repair labour

If more time is required, additional labour is charged at £32 plus VAT for each additional 30 minutes. Any required parts will be charged separately.

When booking, please provide as much information as possible about the fault, including any error messages or symptoms you have noticed.

We may contact you before the appointment to discuss the issue and identify any parts that might be required. This helps our technician arrive prepared and reduces the likelihood of needing an additional visit.
