Kress Robot Mower Service – Workshop Drop-Off

Book your Kress robotic mower into our Cinderford workshop for a professional annual service.

Our service includes a full inspection, diagnostic check and firmware update to help keep your mower reliable and ready for the mowing season.

What’s included

• Full inspection and diagnostic check of key components

• Firmware updated to the latest available version

• New cutting blades fitted

• Main chassis seal replaced where applicable

• Warranty security label replaced

• Up to 30 minutes of minor repair labour included

If we find anything else

If we identify worn or faulty parts during the service, we’ll contact you before carrying out any additional chargeable work.

We won’t proceed with larger repairs without your approval.

Warranty repairs

If we identify a fault covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, eligible warranty parts will be replaced at no charge, subject to Kress warranty terms.
